Refund policy

  1. Customers may request a return if the product received is defective, damaged, incomplete, or does not match the order.
  2. The return request must be submitted within(3 days) from the time the product is delivered, as verified by the delivery status from the shipping provider.
  3. To request a return, customers must provide:
    • An unboxing video of the package, and
    • Photos of the product as valid proof that the item is in defective condition.
  4. Please note that any coupons, vouchers, or other promotional discounts used during the purchase are non-refundable.
  5. Subject to our general Terms of Use, customers may return eligible items and receive a refund in the form of a TYPE:SEE Eyewear Gift Card, provided that: The return request has been verified and approved by TYPE:SEE Eyewear, and The returned item has been received at our warehouse and successfully passed our return verification process.
  6. If the returned product fails the verification at the designated TYPE:SEE Eyewear warehouse, and is deemed ineligible for return, the item will be sent back to the customer.Return shipping costs in this case will be the responsibility of the customer.
