Refund policy
- Customers may request a return if the product received is defective, damaged, incomplete, or does not match the order.
- The return request must be submitted within(3 days) from the time the product is delivered, as verified by the delivery status from the shipping provider.
- To request a return, customers must provide:
- An unboxing video of the package, and
- Photos of the product as valid proof that the item is in defective condition.
- Please note that any coupons, vouchers, or other promotional discounts used during the purchase are non-refundable.
- Subject to our general Terms of Use, customers may return eligible items and receive a refund in the form of a TYPE:SEE Eyewear Gift Card, provided that: The return request has been verified and approved by TYPE:SEE Eyewear, and The returned item has been received at our warehouse and successfully passed our return verification process.
- If the returned product fails the verification at the designated TYPE:SEE Eyewear warehouse, and is deemed ineligible for return, the item will be sent back to the customer.Return shipping costs in this case will be the responsibility of the customer.
